The Charter and ByLaws are important to understand your responsiblities when owning a home in Willow Green. The Restrictive Covenants share information such as gaining prior approval before building additions and material must match the material on your home.
If you are not sure what section applies to your home. Look up your property information on your deed.
Then look on the Tennessee Property Assessor page. https://assessment.cot.tn.gov/RE_Assessment/
You will see which section applies to you. Based on the Subidivison Data Plat Book # and Plat Page.
For example homes on Northwyke are located in Plat Book 7 Page 022 - that is Secion III based on the information on the first page of the document.
There are Eight sections within our subdivision provided below.
